We guarantees that your qualified product will be replaced at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects during the first TWO (2) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein.
What Is Covered*:

⚈ This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer

⚈ Structural Framwork on selected products carries for two (2) years
⚈ The additional extended warranties includes parts and labor costs covered at no cost to the customer.
What is NOT Covered*:
⚈ Any shipping expenses incurred. Transportation damage; theft; abuse; neglect; vandalism.
⚈ Damages incurred due to shipping and handling, dropped products, improper installation, and/or unauthorized repairs do not constitute a defect under this warranty.
⚈ Modifications or altered conditions of the original product, improper use of electrical/power supplies, electrical disturbances and power surges.
⚈ Malfunctions due to improper use as well as unreasonable uses or maintenance including failure to follow operating instructions.
⚈ Any environmental conditions (examples: fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorms, hail, earthquakes, and/or tornados) or any other exposure to weather conditions.
⚈ This warranty does not include normal wear and tear including Velcro or zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric covering by abuse. Failures or attached points in stitching, Velcro, and zippers do not constitute as a defect for warranty.
⚈ Softening/ hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads; Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use.
⚈ Natural patterns and grains and variations in leather will not constitute as defect under this warranty, as no two pieces of fabric are identical.
⚈ The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled.
⚈ Products used in commercial or corporate settings.
Implied Warranty & Other Damages:
⚈ Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 1 year portion of this limited warranty, and with regard to structural framework, limited to the duration of the 2 year portion of this limited warranty.

Tips to Take Care of Your Massage Chair
1. Regular Cleaning
To maintain your massage chair upholstery’s beautiful appearance (and avoid any icky messes), be sure to give it regular surface cleanings.
Start by wiping down your chair with a soft or microfiber cloth. This will remove any superficial dust and debris.
Then, mix a few drops of a mild dish soap into a bowl of warm water and mix. Dip a clean rag into the mixture, and use it to gently rub down all exposed areas of the chair’s upholstery, paying particular attention to any visibly dirty areas. This will remove any stubborn dirt and ground in dust.
Finish off with an application of leather conditioner. Contrary to what other cleaning guides might say, don’t use any oils (like olive oil) that you may have in your pantry. These can actually damage the upholstery over time.
We recommend giving your massage chair a regular surface cleaning every one to two weeks.
2. Periodic Deep Cleaning
Like any other piece of furniture, massage chairs can become grimy over time. From drink spills to snack crumbs to loose change, there are plenty of things that can dirty your chair.
To start, wipe down the chair with a soft cloth as explained above. Then, use a vacuum to remove any debris from cracks and crevices. Next, wash it with a mixture of gentle dish soap and warm water.
This time, be sure to get into every nook and cranny. Work your damp cloth into the seams of the chair, under any removable cushions and in between any air bags.
As before, finish your cleaning session with a leather conditioner.
We recommend giving your massage chair a deep cleaning every couple of months, depending on how often you use it.
